We’ve been experimenting for years with new “recipes” and different ways of taking black seed oil and we want to share with you a few ways of incorporating our Ground Black Seed into your diet! Now, we put recipe in quotes because these are all SUPER simple, so the word recipe almost feels too big! We encourage our customers to get creative with our products, so if you used our Ground Black Seed differently, let us know! We’d love to add your recipe to our list.

We’re giving you three SIMPLE recipes below, but feel free to adjust any of these to fit your lifestyle and what you’ve already got in your kitchen!

  1. Ground Black Seed x Honey Toast

Ingredients:

  • Ground Black Seed
  • Organic Honey of Your Choice
  • Toast

Fill a jar halfway with the Ground Black Seed, cover it in Honey, mix it together, and spread it on toast! 

  1. Ground Black Seed x Yogurt + More Goodness

Ingredients:

  • Greek Yogurt 
  • Manuka Honey
  • Ground Black Seed
  • Lions Mane Mushroom Powder
  • Cordyceps Mushroom Powder

Mix it all together and enjoy this delicious, healthy, treat!

  1. The Health Nut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Fruit of choice (A tropical blend is really tasty)
  • Milk of choice
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Organic Honey
  • Ground Black Seed
  • Flaxseed
  • Spinach (If you’re feeling really healthy)

Take a blender and add a handful and a half of fruit, cover that about halfway with your milk of choice, add a dollop or two of Greek yogurt, about a tablespoon of Honey, a tablespoon of Ground Black Seed and Flaxseed, and a handful of spinach! Blend it all together and enjoy! You’ll start feeling better immediately.😉
